RCSB.org offers a variety of tools for exploring PDB structures and related chemical components in 3D and 2D.

Mol* lets users display, represent, and color entire or partial structures to examine, explore, measure, and compare them. It also supports analyzing interactions throughout the structure or near a single residue or ligand, exploring sequence and structural motifs, and capturing images.

The Sequence Annotations Viewer (help guide | example) maps information from multiple resources and databases onto PDB sequences and structures. Users can select a sequence annotation to focus on the corresponding location on the 3D Mol* view of the structure.
