HCL PH 9.0. THEN THE SOLUTION WAS EXCHANGED AGAINST A CO SATURATED ONE. DISTINCT COLOR CHANGES ACCOMPANIED THE FORMATION OF UNLIGATED MYOGLOBIN FROM MET-MB AND MBCO FROM UNLIGATED MB. |
